A bit about us…

Agree to agree group (ATAG) is a restaurant group founded by Nathen Doyle in 2022. It is focused on creating pathways for hospitality professionals through education, innovation and transparency. Our team has been working at the top levels of the industry for decades and bring a depth of experience and passion to any project.

Along side our venues and our in house development programs we also offer hospitality consulting aimed at supporting other industries in activating hospitality concepts and spaces.

We are able to cater to a range of needs, from smaller logistical/financial issues to the full development of a concept with execution. Our goal is to elevate the hospitality industry through shared experience.

Stage 2

Research and market insight report.

We will provide a report outlining the the venues market position with insights into the local area, social demographic and successful businesses in the area. What is working and what is not. We will also, in collaboration with the Sophia club, get a clear understanding of the already established community around the Sophia Club.

Concept development.

we will explore a range of different concepts that we feel would suit the venue, space, location and market. We will explore the relationship between the Sophia Club and the hospitality offering and provide a selection of different concepts that would best connect the two identities.

We will develop the 3 different models with an outline of menu, beverage concept and service style.

Financial modelling.

Each model will include business running costs and a break even report. It will include a wage forecast and menu pricing strategy.

Marketing strategy.

We will also include a brief marketing over view for each model. This will include where the model fits with in the market and how best to speak to the client base.

Next steps.

Once we have established these outlines we will consult with the Sophia Club around which model we feel will work best. We would then provide a next steps plan.

What do we need from you?

This next process will require some time from you to ensure we are aligned with our vision. We will need roughly 3 short (2-3 hours) sessions to fully understand the market, your goals and the vision for the space.

Session 1

A deep dive into the your established market and markets your are aspiring to reach. We will need to understand established social demographics, age ranges and locations of your already established community.

Session 2

A feedback session. We will present 3 concepts with product and service style guidelines. The concepts will be influenced by the markets with in the area, other businesses and perceived gaps in the market. We will discuss the pros and cons of each and decide on a direction to flesh out.

Session 3

A final presentation of 3 working models with financial modelling, menu and pricing strategy, service style guide and a nexts steps plan for each.

If you find this proposal aligns with your goals and you wish to proceed. We require written confirmation of engagement and 50% deposit paid. An invoice will be issued. Once we receive the deposit we will commence the project the following business day.
