Welcome to

Agree to Agree Group.

INTRODUCTION

Agree to Agree Group was founded by Nathen Doyle, a hospitality professional, entrepreneur and visionary in 2024. The mission of Agree to Agree Group is to build a working example of balance in business.

OUR MISSION

We strive to create opportunities for hospitality professionals to grow and develop into roles within the hospitality industry through training, development and pathways created within the company and across multiple existing and new venues.

OUR VALUES

DESIRE - To make a change for the better.

APPRECIATION - For what has come before you.

SELF REFLECTION - Seeking a better version of yourself.

BALANCE - Always seeking the centre point.

JOY - Finding a deep sense of fun, warmth and contentment.

Residence is a concept born out of a love of hospitality. The venue will bring on a new resident chef every year where the restaurant will act as a canvas for the food concept of the incoming chef.  The chef will create 4 seasonal menus that will change over the year.  We as a team will be educated on the evolving food and expected to tell the story of the product from sourcing produce to cooking techniques.  There will be an expectation of storytelling at table.

The service style will be casual fine dining with a focus on knowledge and narrative.  We don’t expect you to be a robot but we do expect you to be a professional.  We want to create an engaging and personal dining experience.

We are excited to bring together a group of passionate hospitality professionals to create a truly unique dining experience.

Cafe, deli, wine bar and store, sunhands features a strong seasonal offering that champions local makers, growers and producers.

Sunhands is a brought to you by the team at Heartattack And Vine, the vision led by Ishella Butler who previously managed the neighbourhood main-stay.

Our service is casual but professional. We are a local watering hole for the neighbourhood. We are generous and humble in our hospitality.

Dine in for ‘dippy eggs’ or a sunhands plate for breakfast, grab a seasonal salad for a quick lunch, enjoy some relaxed outdoor dining over a wine or two, or take a bottle home; sunhands caters to Melbourne’s many moods.

A perfect sun-drenched corner for alfresco dining or an aperitivo.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM.
